3H enables you, as a property owner, to decide what thermostat changes employees, tenants, and residents are allowed to make. It puts you in control of the energy used by your property’s heating / cooling systems.

Versatile programming allows the
to be used with most HVAC systems, including split systems and heat pump systems including multi-stage and emergency heat systems.
Multiple operating modes, including automatic heat-cool switchover
- OFF – the HVAC system is set off and no temperature control occurs.
- HEAT – only the heating capabilities of the HVAC system will be used.
- COOL – only the cooling capabilities of the HVAC system will be used.
- AUTO – the thermostat will automatically select cooling or heating capabilities as neccassary to maintain the MIN and MAX range you have programmed in.
- STBY – same as AUTO except system control to set of “standby” temperatures you have selected.
Personal Identification Numbers (PIN) enable multi-level restricted access to all thermostat functions:
- 10 levels of access authority
- Easy control of who has access to which operations
- Generation of usage and programming reports according to PIN access using the optional LocStatware software
